Client‘s Needs: This family needed distinct areas for family gatherings within an open layout and a strong connections with the outdoors. Their ideal was for a funtional timeless home with durable materials that requires little effort to mantain.
 

Outcome: We optimized the villa’s layout, creating cozy spaces while maintaining an open flow. Using durable yet elegant materials and custom features, we achieved a design that perfectly balances the harmony between outdoors and indoor spaces.

Outcome: We proposed polished concrete floors paired with off-white textured walls and sophisticate carpentry details. Finally we allow decorative yet comfortable furniture to introduce touches of color and personality.
