A funtional beauty - WIP

Our client wanted to maximize the double-height space, so we added a mezzanine and tall cabinetry with an integrated ladder for extra storage that doesn’t feel crowded. The hinoki timber ladder looks great, is practical, and helps keep insects out. By keeping materials and layout simple, these features stand out without overwhelming.

This thoughtful approach extends throughout the home: bathrooms have clean lines and integrated lighting for a modern, airy feel; storage includes adjustable shelves and carefully crafted handles; and in the bedrooms, custom headboards and a vanity table tie everything together. Every detail supports a practical, comfortable, and welcoming home.
